The pre-season kicks off on Tuesday 9th July 7.30pm kick off when the visitors to Trafford Park are Kings Lynn. The West Norfolk club currently play in National League North. The Linnets finished last season in 18th place and will be wanting to improve on this in the up coming campaign. Kings Lynn will be a strong test for Jordan Southgate’s squad as they begin pre-season.

For many the glamour game for the Yachtsmen comes on Tuesday 23rd July when Norwich City Under 23s make the short trip to Wroxham. It is somewhat difficult to predict the team that the Canaries will field at this stage. New manager ,Johannes Hoff Thorup, may well use this fixture to assess the strength of the Canary youngsters. Currently Norwich have four players with the England Under 21 squad :Tony Springett, Brad Hills,,Kelley Fisher and Abu Kamara. The game will kick off at7pm.

On Saturday 27th July, Cheshunt FC travel to Wroxham . Cheshunt , are currently in the Isthmian Premier Division , finishing 18th at the end of the 2023-24 season. The Hertfordshire club should provide a clue to the standard of football on show in premier division of the league. This is a 3pm kick off

The home pre- season fixtures conclude when Boston United Under 23s come to Wroxham on Wednesday 31st July , the game kicks off at 7.30 pm

Admission prices for the four pre-season games will be announced later this month. It is hoped to produce a programme that will cover all the pre-season home fixtures.
