How To Raise a Concern
If anything happens either within the Club, or whilst you are part of activities connected to the Club, then the first point of contact can be your team manager. All team managers are trained in how to spot and deal with any welfare or safeguarding matters and have up to date FA Child Safeguarding Training. The CWO also will offer updates and looks to provide CPD extra training when possible.
If you feel unable to speak to your team manager about any issue then you may contact Lisa directly.
