Although dominating play it took 20 minutes for the Yachtswomen to open the scoring with Lauren Bullard heading home a cross from Hayley Kindred.
Ten minutes later Chelsea Clarke was brought down in the area and Rebecca Russell calmly slotted home the penalty before Lily Alexander converted a cross to give Wroxham a 3-0 lead at half-time.
Russell completed her brace 15 minutes into the second half with a powerful header from a corner and Kindred curled a shot into the top corner to complete the scoring.
